Record the call, Store the call, Replay the callThis very powerful service is available with most, but not all of our inbound and outbound services. It offers a complete call recording solution suitable for all types of businesses and services.
Recording of the call takes place when the call is answered and terminates when the call is released.
Once set up, the options chosen below are recorded automatically.
Call Recording OptionsInbound Calls - Must be using Number Translation Services (NTS) via a Non-Geographic Number (NGN) such as 0800, 0808, 0844, 0845, 0870, 0871originating, porting or migrating onto the switch where our Replay Network Server is located.
Outbound Calls - Customers whose traffic using Indirect Access (IDA) or Carrier Pre Select (CPS) passes through the switch where our Replay Network Server is located.
Access to Replay is provided via a web portal with secure ID and password.
