A simple to use, secure and cost effective, call conferencing service. Our solution means that no investment in expensive on-site conferencing equipment is necessary, as all call routing is performed securely on our equipment. The service can be fully branded to look like your businesses own.

Call Conferencing

Extremely easy to use, our Call Conferencing service also offers some advanced features:

Recording - Once finished, a recording of the conference can be sent by email to a specific address.
Notifications - You can choose what, if any, notification is made of a caller’s entry and exit from the conferences. Select either a single beep or request that callers’ record their name to be introduced to the conference.
Date & Time - A conference can be scheduled for a specific date and time or, alternatively, the ‘Always Open’ option can be selected to be used at any time.
Conference Creator - We also allow the option to set up conferences even when you do not have access to a computer. By using the ‘conference creator’ option this allows you to open a conference for three hours by simply dialling your allocated conference number and creating your own PIN.
Reporting - The audio conferencing portal and service offers a selection of real-time reports. These will allow you to view conferences in progress, and provide access to logging reports and full CDR reports, all of which are downloadable to save them locally for your records.
