Area Call Routing is our really powerful fully automated
call routing solution used by hundreds of our customers
across the UK.
Dependent on where the call to your office is made from, we
instantly analyse the first five digits of your caller’s
underlying STD number and route the call according to your
chosen destination.
It could be we route each call to your nearest office.
In its simplest form we can route all calls from for example,
anywhere in Wales to your Cardiff Office; and all calls from
Northern Ireland to your Belfast Office and so on.
We do this by dividing the UK into a series of regions, based
on dialing codes.

In the event the call finds the number engaged or
unanswered we can divert the call to another location, such
as Head or Regional office.
If we cannot identify the area of the caller number, (for
example if it comes from a mobile) we can still automatically
route the call to your preferred destination number.
