This service provides for distribution of calls to multiple landline destinations according to a specified distribution plan which you, our customer can set up and control.

Call Ratio is offered as an inclusive and comprehensive package with many of our Non-Geographic Numbers (NGNs) and some NGNs that are ported to us from other carriers - but it is not available with every NGN. Our Customer Services Team can advise.

The distribution plan provides a maximum of 10 destinations per service number.
The distribution plan is worked out on a per call-to-destination method, i.e. how
many calls go to each site in turn, which then in turn creates the percentile split.

For example:

• 2 calls to your chosen number in London
• 1 call to your chosen number in Manchester
• 2 calls to your chosen number in Edinburgh

Creates a percentile ratio of:

• 40% calls to London
• 40% calls to Edinburgh
• 20% calls to Manchester

As call flows vary throughout the day our customers using this service
have the ability to alter configuration of the call ratios via Greystone’s
secure web portal using Call Care.
