Call Care is our secure access web portal which enables our customers to take control over their inbound calls and to have statistical up-to-the-minute information on what’s going on in their business.
It’s a network based service, linked to our customers’ Non-Geographic Numbers (NGNs), enabling them to alter their call routing, in most cases, instantly.
Call Care is available on a wide range of NGNs, but not all - so please contact our Customer Services Team if you require more information.
For “Single User Non Network Computer Access” we provide Call Care Dial Up which is included within our NGN 24 x 365 package for £16 per month or £160 annually in advance.
For “Network Computer Access” we provide Call Care via a Secure Certificate for the first user at £40 per month or £400 annually in advance; and for each additional user an additional Certificate for just £5 per month or £50 annually in advance.

Our customers Enter the system and are required to provide a Username and Password.
Essentially the system is divided into two sections:
Administration - Users and account details
Routing and Useful Statistical information
For Disaster Recovery and Emergencies, the ability to re-route your calls instantly is a reason in itself for taking the system. If it’s a digger in the road and your lines are out, or even your local exchange has problems, you can re-route calls to another landline STD number in the UK, without incurring any additional cost.
