We operate two choices:

• Our customers can choose to be provided by one or more of the four major networks. The chosen network provides the billing.


• Our customers can choose us as their Mobile Virtual Network Operator (MVNO), which we bill ourselves.

Our advice is impartial, independent & free to all our customers and prospective customers. We believe we offer the highest level customer service and support around. This is what makes us different from most other providers.

We can provide tailor made solutions for your company for voice calls and also data packages for Blackberry and PDA’s. With our MVNO we can create bespoke tariff charges and develop billing requirements in discussion with you.

Very important, we endeavour to ensure that when you take service from us you are safe on the roads as well.

We do this by offering you accessories such as Bluetooth headsets, in car chargers and fully fitted in car hands-free kits. These are just some of the accessories available from us, to make your business mobiles work better for you.

We can also ensure you retain your existing mobile numbers by gaining a Porting Authorisation Code (PAC) from your existing supplier.

Mobile Number Portability (MNP) allows you the freedom to take your current mobile number(s) to any other mobile network. To be able to use this procedure, your number(s) must be out of contract or if not we might be able to buy you out of the remainder of your existing contract.

If you wish to change your service provider to Greystone but remain on the same network (e.g. Vodafone to Vodafone), this is called a 'Migration'. We are able to process this if required, but additional costs may apply.
